Second Fiddle
Musings on the place of humor and comedy in our daily lives--and other funny things by Trina Hess. Comments welcome!
Trina in the news...

Trina Hess has been performing standup comedy for the past nine years and enjoying it for three.  She now calls herself a humorist, because they make more money—theoretically.  And because the title ‘humorist’ carries more weight than "word nerd".  Her clean, corporate comedy draws on her background as a middle child and a full-time neurotic.  Trina says, “I’m a substitute teacher.  Until the real teacher dies.  Last week she got hit by a car.  27 times!  I swear, I never SAW her!”

She plays second fiddle in the orchestra of life:  “My violin teacher tells me, “Trina, pick one person in the audience, and make them cry.  I said, ‘One at a TIME?!’”.  But, her workshops and after-dinner keynotes can help you and your organization to “Get Your SHINE Together!”  Bring more laughter and fun to your next event by calling Trina.  And hiring her, don’t just tell her about your event.  She wants to be invited….Anywhere!

Maybe you saw her in the Kill Point on SPIKE TV, she was the detective in the green skirt suit, handing sandwiches to the released hostages.  Don’t ask—she also doesn’t know what kind of detective she was supposed to be…
